For at vi skal kunne ivareta din og dine medelevers sikkerhet best mulig, er det viktig at du gir oss informasjon som er relevant for ditt opphold for skolen, og for din deltagelse i skoleaktiviteter - ikke minst aktivitet som er krevende og som kan innebære en viss fare.
Vi trenger dette for at vi skal kunne gi deg best mulig oppfølging og støtte underveis i skoleåret, og for å gi deg trygge rammer for din læring og trivsel.
Informasjonen du oppgir blir behandlet konfidensielt. Vi forbeholder oss retten til å ta kontakt med deg om det er noe som vi trenger å avklare med deg. Informasjonen du oppgir her blir slettet når skoleåret er over, og brukes ikke av andre enn skolen.
Dersom vi ønsker din tillatelse til å opplyse lærere eller andre relevante personer om for eksempel kosthold, allergier, fysiske eller psykiske tilstander som kan påvirke din eller andres sikkerhet, vil vi spørre deg om dette først.

Your safety, and the safety of your fellow students is important to us. In order to attain the highest possible standards, it is important that you provide information that is relevant to your stay at the school, for participation in school activities -not least in activities that are demanding where safety is paramount.
We ask this of you in order that we can give you the best possible follow up and support throughout the school year, and to guarantee a sound framework for your learning and satisfaction.
The information you divulge to us will be treated confidentially. We reserve the right to contact you if there are issues we need to clarify with you. The information you provide here will be deleted at the end of the school year and will not be used by any other parties.
Should we wish to inform certain staff members of information you have provided, we will ask for your consent beforehand. This will only be done if it is relevant to the staff concerned, for example dietary needs, allergies, physical or psychological factors that can affect your health and safety.
